I think they were displaced nomads that took over some cities to have a more permanent residence. Let face it some ones writings mean different things to different perceptions or from different back rounds and cultures which means misunderstanding arise rather frequently oh if we could only communicate exactly what we got going on in our head while writing if we could do that perhaps we are on the road to world peace or some such utopian dream where everybody gets along perfectly.

The Watchtower seems to be investing heavily in it video productions making their loony ness up on the big screen for all worldly people to see how crazy they are! that Lot's wife part3 video is real extreme on going to a congregation sponsored holly day event as more important then help her worldly uncle and leaving him in a bind over a very important business transaction. The corporation directive must come first above all else even common decency to one own relatives.

I think the Russian government was right in labeling them as extremist and confiscating all their property, this is one sick propaganda machine that the public needs to be sanitized from.

I think Sander's clueless response to the Russian's label "Extremist' very telling in favor of the Russians being right:

He then explains how we recently saw the Devil's attack on Jehovah's people in Russia.

He claims that ALL of the accusations were COMPLETELY ridiculous and that they know they are doing the right things when they are hated by the Agents of the Devil.

Calling the Russian government and its legal system, an agent of the devil when they legally confiscate all their property pretty much seals this case against these, extreme government name calling, agitating weirdos, making up the Governing Body.

Why should any Government put up with such non sense from a corrupt printing company that enslaves it citizen to slave labor without any wages? Russia acted for the good of the people if you ask me.

Now if only the USA would do the same thing I'm mean the court cases are stock piling against them here, their day is coming pretty soon.

I think Mark Sanderson is going to choke on those word some day soon.

I'm sure that scholars of these text can find tons of redactions from many rulers that were around during it's formation. To it is ridiculous to think for these text to survive usefulness without redactions. The will of the king in colaboration with the priest or what have you (guardians of the doctrine). To me that explains all the miracles as storytelling changing as it is passed on to the next generation, 10 could become a 1000000 and beyond.

As far the religious ideas of ancient Jews they did not originate in a vacuum with no influence by the other groups of humans that came before them and so we see similarities in other written records written around that time and that came before. Just like language takes words from other older language and make a blend that keeps changing with time so to religious writing should manifest this borrowing of meaning . So I think this EL being before Yaweh in power and higher up the scale of gods. We need to forget about any kind of world we presently know and think back to the limitations of the imaginations of people back then.

I say ancient books written 1 ,2,3,4,or 5 thousand years ago all the way back to when mankind as a species started writing down things down in stone, clay and what have you, should have a meaning that was possible for that time period. So I say leave it to those having degrees in anthropology to tell what a text might mean, excluding any religious biases that tend to limit ones power of observation as JWs readily show blunts understanding reality.

festivals, concerts), there will be admittance controls in stadiums.. - at each entrance, there will be a massive presence of attendants that look at each visitor.. - there will be pocket checks at the entrance.. - suspicious persons are no longer left on the convention grounds.. - suppliers to the stadium will be intensively inspected by attendants.. - there will be a special sign for attendants that must enter the stadium before 7.30 am.

all others (even all attendants) can only enter after 7.30 am..
